Fractured Plains

The Fractured Plains contain remnants of the past from the Pre-Fracture era. Nature has gradually reclaimed this area over the past 65 years and some of the small villages have been restored. Disparate groups of Exiled, people who were banished from Zenith after The Fracture, reside in remote areas of the plains. The rural towns serve as an agricultural resource for Zenith.

Radiant Coast

Located in the northern corner of the continent, this region is known for its tranquil seaside towns, gorgeous coastal shorelines, and lush jungles.  The villages survive comfortably by engaging in the lucrative fishing trade and exporting technology overseas. There is imminent danger off shores; vicious bandits raid the coastlines and strange aquatic creatures attack anyone who dares to wander into their territory.

Emerald Desert

Old ruins and relics of the past from the Pre-Fracture era are buried in the sand throughout the arid desert. The largest airship port in the continent once existed in the desert until The Fracture destroyed most of the structures.  This used to be an economically prosperous area with innovative technology, airship trading, and natural mineral resources.

Amarite Forest

The secluded woods are home to the Amarites- a group of tribes who revere the goddess Amara, the naturalistic God who gave shape, form, and base instinct to the creatures of Zenith.  The Amarites live in harmony with their surroundings and they erected the Amarite Temple to worship Amara’s divinity.

Zenith

Zenith is the most powerful city in the continent.  It is renowned for technological advancements, economic prosperity, and luxurious cityscape. The Zenithian government closed its city borders for several years after events of The Fracture to protect its citizens from outside forces.  After the borders reopened, tourism in Zenith proliferated and the city became a significant cultural landmark.

Skyland

Skyland, a breathtaking frontier suspended high above the clouds, beckons adventurers with its uncharted landscapes and untamed mysteries awaiting exploration. Its terrain, shrouded in secrecy, offers thrilling challenges for any who would undertake them. Scattered throughout this new region, you will encounter the Exiled and their scattered base camps, as well as a new enemy force who's true nature and motives have yet to be uncovered.

Banshee

Aimlessly wandering in the physical world, these lost souls are infused with Corrupted Essence, a sinister force that contaminates Essence.  One of their hallmark traits is their ghastly wail, an agonizing shriek that alerts people of its presence.

Sylphid

These unfortunate creatures were once humans who were eventually depleted of their natural Essence.  They are mutated husks of their former selves who operate on pure instinct, indiscriminately attacking humans who wander into their territory.

Exiled

During The Fracture, a force called Corrupted Essence spread throughout the land and infected creatures and humans alike.  People in Zenith who were touched by this Corrupted Essence were subsequently exiled from the city.  Many of the Exiled migrated to new lands or formed their own communities.  There is an aggressive minority of Exiled who still harbor resentment towards Zenith and they seek vengeance against the city.

Naga

Nagas are hostile and cunning creatures who often attack in packs.  Corrupted Essence enhances their powers and they attacked many people during The Fracture.
